Polo in the Valley has designed a range of ticket options to cater for you to ensure a fabulous day out amongst friends. The options below offer spectator facilities just metres from the field with hospitality packages to suit.

Option 1	VIP Pavilion:
	Located in an exceptional field side position. Exquisitely furnished, wonderfully catered for and the place to be seen and with opportunities for networking. This marquee includes a lounge bar, shaded alfresco garden area with lounges and an exclusive access to the Pamper Marquee.

Option 2	Polo Players Lounge:
	Fun marquee, located in an unmatched viewing position beside the polo field.  Relax in this chic marquee with cocktail bar, shaded alfresco garden & DJ

Entry to the event Complimentary car parking Complimentary event programmes 1 complimentary food item per ticket Further food items and all beverages available at cash bar Tickets $115.00 pp (Incl. GST)

Option 3	Car Park Picnic Bays: SOLD OUT!
	Picnic bays were popular and are limited so to ensure you secure your very own field side bay, get in early! You may bring your own picnic and small shade structure, please no BYO as this is a licensed event. A cash bar is available to purchase beverages. A prize will be awarded for the ‘best dressed’ picnic bay.

Package Includes:

7m x 4m field side car picnic bay Complimentary event brochure per car Cash bar, strictly no BYO Pre-order hampers or BYO picnic Picnic bays 2 people per car $100.00, $50.00 per additional passenger

Corporate & Private Marquees

Enjoy your own private, furnished alfresco style hospitality marquee located in a prime viewing position adjacent to the polo field.

Various marquee sizes available catering for a minimum of 30 guests including a choice of food and beverage packages plus a range of desired upgrades.

30 Guest Marquee Space – 4m x 10m

50 Guest Marquee Space – 6m x 10m

Both packages include:

• Entry ticket for each guest
• Private, powered hospitality site with marquee, fenced & shaded alfresco garden area and furniture
• Name recognition on you marquee fence
• Complimentary event programmes
